Titanium Appcelerator Quickie: JSLint Configuration in TiStudio - Clearly Innovative | Web and Mobile DevelopmentClearly Innovative | Web and Mobile Development

I have been coding like mad to get an app ready for demonstration for a client and in my final pass through the code to clean up, I wanted to get the jslint output I was use to in Titanium Developer.

So first you go to Preferences -> Validation -> Javascript and set jslint validation

Then you go to the “Problems” Tab on the bottom of the workspace to see your output. The issue is that by default jslint will stop after 50 errors…. which means you don’t get every thing that you want listed.

After googling around I found this

http://www.jslint.com/lint.html#options

which after som configuration, I found I can set the max errors options to some really large number and get all my errors to show.

Just add  this comment to the top of your javascript file.

and you should be good to go
