Create hybrid mobile apps with the web technologies you love.
Free and open source, Ionic offers a library of mobile-optimized HTML, CSS and JS components for building highly interactive apps. Built with Sass and optimized for AngularJS.

At Clearly Innovative we try to be the best Javascript developers that we can be and in order to do that we must be aware of the changes in the technology environment. Over the last few years, AngularJS has come out of nowhere to grab quite a bit of attention.

We have been using AngularJS for building administrative consoles for clients but more recently we started dabbling with AngularJS as a framework for building mobile applications with Apache Cordova/PhoneGap. The framework we have been using is called Ionic; this framework has been built from the ground up to work seamlessly with AngularJS & Apache Cordova and  so far so good.

One of the challenges you have when working on the android platform is native integration with social media when using the Ionic Framework. On IOS, in the more recent versions of the operating systems and SDK, the functionality is built in for a seamless experience.
