We worked with The Smithsonian to develop a cross-platform mobile application for the National Museum of African American History and Culture. This story-driven mobile application presents five different experiences for patrons at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture and for those enjoying NMAAHC from far away. With each experience, you can browse and select an exhibition or story of interest. The stories were developed by the exhibition curators and include images, audio/text transcripts, and video clips. In addition to the stories, this mobile app includes maps, directions and museum hours, cafe information, gift shop hours, special activities and video content.

The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development
The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development came to us to with the goal of creating a mobile prototype of the Maryland Mortgage Program website. The main features of the project were to provide a list of approved mortgage lenders, allow for a one-click phone call to a branch of choice, and to allow the user to generate an “online inquiry.” Our solution also provides users with a basic mortgage calculator to determine mortgage payments on a home loan.

We worked with Lockheed Martin, on behalf of The National Law Enforcement and Corrections Technology Center, to develop a mobile application for Houses of Worship that help users create a security/disaster preparation plan. We developed a cross-platform application, for both Android and iOS devices, that was optimized for tablet use. Our seamless solution gives users the ability to add/change content and questions, email, and archive reports. The solution also utilizes geo-location/maps data to add location information.

We worked closely with the National Migrant and Seasonal Head Start Collaboration Office to create a modern website that engages Migrant Farmworker Families across the United States. The solution was developed and designed to solve problems associated with finding childcare and healthcare information prior to traveling to new states. We used a map to display static locations, with the express purpose of helping Migrant Farmworker families find Head Start Centers and Community Healthcare Centers before traveling to new state. The website is multilingual and is available in both Spanish and English.

U.S. Black Chambers, Inc.
Migrating the existing application to the Ionic framework and updating the graphical user interface design. The application offers users a Black business directory in the palm of their hands. Utilizing their smartphone's GPS technology, the app allows users to search through thousands of listings to locate the nearest Black-owned business. This product is built with a cross-platform framework and is available for iOS and Android devices.

NAACP Image Awards
We updated the Image Awards' existing online nomination system, official Image Awards website and mobile application. The nomination system allows agency staff to submit actors, musicians, etc, for a variety of nominee categories. Image Awards staff receive the submissions and groom the final list of nominees for the show. Additionally, we created an event website that allows the Image Awards to manage its RSVPs and guest list for the various events held during the Image Awards' weekend. Clearly Innovative redesigned the official NAACP Image Awards website. It aligns with the client's new branding and allows users to view the official nominees and winners. We developed a responsive layout so the site is mobile, tablet and desktop friendly. Lastly, we updated the mobile application. It is used by fans and supporters of the NAACP Image Awards. They can predict winners for each category and view exclusive red carpet media.

Orderhouse.com came to us with a goal of creating a responsive version, optimized for mobile and desktop, of the existing online American Red Cross Store. The main goals of the project included optimizing the site to provide customers mobile access and track user activity through analytics. To deliver users fast performance on a mobile browser and give the ecommerce site a “native app” feel, we redesigned the site as a single page application (SPA) using AngularJS. Now customers can browse emergency preparedness products for quick and easy purchase.

We developed a web application that helps consumers narrow down grout colors by answering a series of questions, ultimately leading them to a mood board reflecting their style and personality. The generated mood board can be shared via social media or email. And if the user is interested, they can request consultation from a nearby major home improvement retailer location through our web app's search engine & consultation form.

U.Seek LLC came to us with a gaming web application that allows people to earn coupons, find discounts and make charitable donations as they shop for various products through an interactive and fun gaming experience. Clearly Innovative created an Android & iOS mobile application to compliment their web app.

The NAACP Image Awards is the premier event celebrating works by, for, and relevant to people of color and individuals or groups who promote diversity in the arts and in 2015, we partnered with the NAACP for a 2nd year to build the official app for the 46th Annual Image Awards. Goal one was to provide users features from last years app like the ability to browse nominees, predict winners, view photos from previous Image Awards shows, and see real-time Image Awards updates on social media. Goal two was to give the user an even more interactive experience by adding features like an award show photo booth with fun Image Awards stickers and a leader board using overall user activity to show which users were the most active Image Awards fans.

This app is the benchmark of a long-term vision laid out by a conceptual prototype that was demonstrated at the White House in November 2011. This marketplace empowers you to get stuff done or make money instantly by connecting with your personal and trusted community of friends, family and colleagues. Moonlighting also enables you to activate your Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts as well as your contact book to buy and exchange goods, and set up and undertake jobs, all in real-time.

Our goal with Glam&Go was to amp up the mobile presence of their brand with a new and more customizable booking app that could integrate with the MindBody client management system for health, wellness and beauty professionals.
