What has Luma Lab been up to? IlLUMAnating DC! Through partnerships and organizational growth we’re happy to say that we’ve expanded our programming. Currently serving three new DC schools including Kraemer Middle School, KIPP Will Academy, and the Washington School for Girls, our students are innovating and learning through our curriculum. Our partnership with these schools has been made possible through the incredible generosity of the TDF Foundationand their dedication to supporting Tech Education for students from all walks of life.
It is our mission to continue to educate and inspire students in the DC area by growing our reach and partnership to more organizations and schools in our area. As we look forward to the next coming months we’re excited to be offering Saturday workshops at Georgetown Day School(applications for download are available here) throughout the month of April. As well as partnering again this Summer with the Boys and Girls Club, Howard University Middle for Math & Science and starting a new partnerships with the incredible College Success Foundation and AnBryce Foundation. With projects and partnerships in the works we’ll be updating this list very soon!
